Role Description The Marketing Executive role at Qualisure Healthcare is a full-time filed work based in different locations. This role involves planning and executing marketing activities for cardio diabetic products, including developing marketing plans, coordinating promotional campaigns, and supporting brand visibility in the region.
The Marketing
Executive will conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and emerging trends, and will use these insights to refine marketing strategies. Daily responsibilities include engaging with healthcare professionals, supporting sales initiatives,
preparing marketing materials, tracking campaign performance, and reporting results to management. The role also requires close collaboration with the sales team and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business objectives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and implement effective campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze customer needs, competition, and market trends.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Communication skills to build relationships with healthcare professionals and support business growth.
- Candidates should possess general business and interpersonal skills, including time management, teamwork, and the ability to present information clearly.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in basic office software and familiarity with digital marketing tools is beneficial.
