Job DescriptionDezire Clinic is looking for an energetic, confident and result-oriented Marketing Executive to drive patient acquisition, increase clinic visibility and develop business opportunities in Gurugram.
Key Responsibilities
1. Generate new patient enquiries through local marketing and field activities.
2. Develop professional referral networks with doctors, hospitals and healthcare professionals.
3. Promote clinic services through ethical marketing campaigns.
4. Build corporate tie-ups and local business partnerships.
5. Conduct promotional activities and healthcare awareness campaigns.
6. Coordinate social media and digital marketing initiatives.
7. Follow up on enquiries and convert prospective patients into appointments.

Identify new business opportunities in Gurugram and nearby locations.
9. Maintain daily lead records and submit monthly marketing reports.
10. Achieve assigned patient acquisition and marketing targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/Marketing preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in healthcare, hospital, dermatology, cosmetology or aesthetic clinic marketing preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust networking, presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of local marketing and digital platforms.
- Willingness to undertake field visits.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
