Who we are
Lucey Group owns and grows a portfolio of businesses across e-commerce, healthcare, technology and digital services. Our portfolio includes Superfood-market.uk, ArtGallery.co.uk, Scout Data, Spottitt, IsMyHouseSinking.com and Idappcom. Each brand has its own audience, commercial goals and personality and each has room to grow.
We’re looking for a curious, commercially minded marketer who can make positive businesses look great, tell sharper stories and turn smart content into measurable growth. You’ll work across multiple brands as a portfolio not just tick off a single-brand marketing checklist. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who enjoys both big-picture strategy and rolling up their sleeves to make things happen.
The opportunity
You’ll help shape how our brands show up online from social content and campaigns to websites, email and search. You’ll spot trends worth acting on, test creative ideas, use AI tools thoughtfully, and build practical marketing plans that balance brand-building with leads, sales and retention. You’ll also help define the Lucey Group story and identify what each existing brand website needs to become clearer, faster, more engaging and better at converting.
What you’ll own
• Portfolio strategy & planning — Build joined-up marketing plans across several brands, tailoring positioning, messaging, tone and activity to each audience—whether B2B, technology-led or e-commerce. Balance long-term strategy with fast, practical execution.
• Content that earns attention — Lead content strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and relevant channels. Turn ideas into useful, distinctive content; create or coordinate short-form video; repurpose assets; and work with creators, partners and collaborators to extend reach.
• Trends, creativity & growth — Keep a finger on emerging formats,
platform changes and cultural trends. Bring fresh ideas, test what resonates and look for credible ways to increase reach, engagement, enquiries and sales—without chasing virality for its own sake.
• Websites, SEO & customer experience — Review existing websites and recommend improvements to content, structure, brand presentation, SEO, user journeys, conversion and page speed. Work with developers on updates and explore where AI-powered features or tools could genuinely improve the experience.
• Campaigns, email & commercial impact — Plan and deliver campaigns, offers, sales materials and email marketing that support lead generation, conversion, retention and revenue. Respond to seasonal opportunities, promotions and changing business priorities.
• Performance, systems & smart execution — Use analytics and reporting to understand what works and what doesn’t. Manage a content calendar at least one month ahead while staying agile, repurpose content efficiently, and use AI and automation tools to improve quality, speed and return on marketing investment.
• Work as one team — Collaborate closely with sales teams, business leaders, developers and external partners. Bring structure to competing priorities, communicate recommendations clearly and take ownership from idea through delivery.
What you’ll bring
- 3–8 years’ experience in marketing, with the confidence to own plans and deliver hands-on execution.
We’re open to an executive-level marketer with strong strategic thinking and a portfolio mindset.
- A strong understanding of how marketing supports commercial growth, with the ability to make recommendations and explain the reasoning behind them.
- Experience across paid media, email marketing, content and social channels, plus confidence using AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Experience managing multiple brands, projects or competing priorities, with strong organisation, judgement, communication and follow-through.
- A practical, responsive and calm approach when plans change, alongside high standards and an eye for what makes a brand distinctive.
- Experience running campaigns for UKI and EU markets is essential, as our brands are based in the UK and Ireland and target European markets.
- An understanding of emerging marketing trends and an instinct for relevant, platform-native content.
- E-commerce experience is useful; Shopify and Kreezalid are desirable. Familiarity with marketing CRM tools such as Zoho Marketing and Klaviyo is preferred, but not essential.
The kind of person who’ll thrive here
You’re outgoing, curious and creative, but you care about results as much as ideas. You enjoy switching between different industries and audiences, can move from a strategy discussion to writing a post or briefing a video, and are comfortable building structure where it doesn’t yet exist. You don’t need every answer on day one—you bring initiative, test, learn and improve.
Why Lucey Group?
You’ll have the chance to shape marketing across a varied portfolio, make a visible impact and help build the next chapter of several growing businesses. If you love good ideas, thoughtful experimentation and making brands work harder, we’d like to meet you
