We are looking for a Marketing Executive with B2B experience to plan and execute marketing activities that generate qualified business leads and build long-term client relationships. You will work closely with the sales team, manage both offline and digital initiatives, and represent the company at industry events.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Plan and execute B2B campaigns to generate qualified leads for the sales pipeline.
- Manage participation in exhibitions, conferences, and client meets, including post-event lead follow-up.
- Create sales collateral such as company profiles, catalogues, presentations, and case studies.
- Maintain the lead database in CRM and track lead quality, conversions, and cost per lead with the sales team.
- Conduct market research to identify target industries, accounts, and competitor activity.
- Develop and execute the employer branding strategy in coordination with the HR team.
- Track employer branding metrics.
- Coordinate with designers, agencies, and vendors for creatives, videos, and event material.




- Prepare monthly reports on branding performance.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA in Marketing preferred.
- 1-2 years of marketing experience in a B2B environment, preferably in industrial products and projects industry.
- Experience in trade show and event management, lead generation, and creating sales collateral.
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn marketing, email campaigns, and CRM tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Marathi and Hindi with the confidence to interact with business clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office and design tools.
- Willingness to travel for events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
