Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, data-aware Marketing Executive to plan and run campaigns that drive student enquiries, brand visibility, and enrollments. You will work across digital, social, and on-ground channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, email, WhatsApp) to generate quality leads
- Manage social media handles (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) with a regular content calendar
- Create and coordinate content: posts, reels, creatives, blogs, and course promotions
- Support webinars, college outreach, and campus marketing activities
- Track campaign performance (leads, CTR, CPL, conversions) and share weekly reports
- Coordinate with the sales/counselling team to improve lead quality and follow-up




- Work on SEO basics, landing pages, and brand communication
- Keep up with competitor and edtech market trends

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Good Communication, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in digital or content marketing (internships considered)
- Working knowledge of social media platforms and ad managers
- Basic skills in Canva, MS Excel/Google Sheets, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite)
- Strong written and verbal communication in English; Tamil/Kannada/Hindi is a plus
- Creative thinking, ownership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup

- Prior experience in edtech or education marketing
