Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to support marketing activities and coordinate with clients in the US market. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle client communication professionally during night shifts. Candidates with experience in jewellery marketing, jewellery sales, or the jewellery industry will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with US-based clients, customers, and business partners.
- Handle professional communication through emails, phone calls, and other communication channels.
- Support marketing activities to promote jewellery products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Follow up with clients regarding enquiries, product details, and business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate them to the relevant internal teams.
- Assist in generating new business leads and identifying potential customers.
- Maintain client databases, marketing records, and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to client enquiries.
- Research market trends, customer preferences, and jewellery industry developments.
- Support promotional campaigns and other marketing initiatives as required.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with US-based clients.




- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word, Excel, email, and internet browsing.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of marketing, client coordination, and customer handling.
- Strong follow-up, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Professional attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to maintain client records and prepare basic reports.

Jewellery Industry-Specific Skills
- Basic understanding of jewellery products such as rings, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and pendants.
- Knowledge of gold, silver, diamonds, gemstones, and other jewellery materials is an advantage.
- Understanding of jewellery trends, designs, and customer preferences.
- Ability to communicate product features, specifications, and pricing details clearly.
- Knowledge of jewellery sales, B2B marketing, or international client handling will be an added advantage.
- Experience coordinating with overseas jewellery clients or retailers will be beneficial.

Salary and Benefits
- Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
- Casual Leave (CL): Available as per company policy.
- Privilege Leave (PL): Available as per company policy.
- Weekly Off: Saturday and Sunday.
- Work Schedule: Night shift to support US market operations.

Candidate Eligibility
- Candidates with 3–4 years of relevant marketing or client coordination experience are preferred.
- Candidates from any educational background or gender may apply.
- Prior experience in the jewellery industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Candidates must be comfortable working night shifts and coordinating with US-based clients.
- Positive English communication and basic computer knowledge are essential.
