Arahant Play Equipments is a manufacturer and supplier of outdoor playground equipment, outdoor gym equipment, park benches, FRP products and multi-play systems. We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to generate business opportunities and develop strong customer relationships.
Job Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through online and offline marketing activities.
- Handle customer enquiries received through IndiaMART, WhatsApp, website and other platforms.
- Contact potential customers, understand their requirements and explain our products.
- Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Prepare and share quotations, product details and proposals with customers.
- Develop relationships with builders, architects, contractors, schools, colleges, government departments and dealers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams for order execution.
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer databases.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email.
- Knowledge of WhatsApp Business and online lead generation.
- Ability to handle customer enquiries and follow-ups.
- Solid convincing and sales skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Knowledge of Hindi, Marathi and English.
Educational Qualification
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
- BBA / MBA in Marketing or Sales will be preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Sales or Business Development preferred.
- Freshers with confidence and good communication skills are welcome.
