About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Marketing & Sales Manager to lead marketing initiatives, oversee sales operations, and contribute to the company's business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute marketing and sales strategies.
- Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales conversions.
- Manage and coordinate sales and marketing activities.
- Plan and implement promotional and digital marketing campaigns.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify current business opportunities and monitor market trends.
- Track sales performance and ensure achievement of business targets.
- Work closely with the team to ensure effective execution of strategies.





Eligibility & Requirements:

- MBA in Marketing / Sales / Business Administration preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of marketing strategies, sales operations, and lead management.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with a team and achieve targets.
- Strong organisational, coordination, and leadership skills.
