What would you do? You will lead the end-to-end delivery and transformation of Data & Analytics services within the Marketing Operations Analytics function, with a strong focus on AI, GenAI/LLM solutions, automation, and productivity improvement. You will lead a team of senior analysts delivering marketing and customer analytics use cases for global clients, while setting the strategic direction for analytics delivery, measurement frameworks, and performance optimization. As a trusted advisor, you will partner with clients to maximize the value of their marketing investments through data-driven targeting, measurement, and actionable insights.

A key focus of the role will be to identify opportunities to transform analytics processes, shape and scale AI enabled solutions, and drive measurable improvements in productivity, quality, speed, and scalability, while ensuring robust delivery governance, stakeholder management, and operational performance. Responsibilities: AI, Automation & Transformation

● Identify opportunities to apply AI, GenAI/LLMs, Agentic AI and automation across analytics and Marketing Operations processes

● Translate business challenges into practical AI and analytics use cases, solution concepts, and transformation roadmaps

● Partner with Data Science, Data Engineering, Technology and AI teams to pilot, implement, and scale solutions

● Track adoption, productivity improvement, quality gains, and realized business benefits from transformation initiatives

Analytics Delivery Leadership

● Lead end-to-end delivery across marketing analytics workstreams,



ensuring work is prioritized, resourced, governed, and delivered to agreed timelines and quality standards

● Own delivery governance across demand, capacity, dependencies, risks, quality, and SLA/KPI performance.

● Drive issue resolution, delivery improvements, and consistent quality across analytics services.

● Ensure analytics outputs provide actionable insights aligned to business priorities

Process Transformation & Continuous Improvement

● Assess current processes and identify opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency

● Design scalable future-state processes, operating models, and standardized ways of working

● Drive continuous improvement initiatives across productivity, turnaround time, quality, and scalability

Client & Stakeholder Management

● Act as a senior analytics partner to client stakeholders and translate business priorities into analytics and transformation initiatives

● Proactively propose opportunities where AI, automation, analytics, and data can improve business outcomes

● Lead discussions on solution approaches, transformation priorities, risks, and implementation roadmaps

● Present recommendations, business cases, and delivery performance to senior stakeholders Team & Resource Leadership

● Lead and mentor multidisciplinary analytics teams across analytics, data science, BI, and data engineering.

● Manage resource capacity, allocation, capability requirements, and delivery performance

● Build an AI-first and continuous-improvement mindset across the team

● Support hiring, capability development, and succession planning
