About Vyomik Drones

Vyomik Drones is a DGCA Type-Certified UAV manufacturer and Drone-as-a-Service company. We build and deploy drones for agricultural spraying, GIS/land survey, and infrastructure inspection, working with state and central governments and PSUs. As our government business grows, we’re looking for someone to own the full bid cycle.

What you’ll do

- Identify: Track tenders, RFPs, RFQs, and EOIs on GeM, CPPP, and state and PSU e-procurement portals for drone supply, spraying services, survey/GIS, inspection, and surveillance work
- Evaluate: Prepare tender synopses and eligibility matrices. Assess technical, commercial, and legal risks, and give leadership a clear go/no-go recommendation
- Prepare: Lead the bid response with engineering, finance, and operations. This covers technical write-ups, compliance matrices, BOQs, cost estimates, pricing, declarations, and annexures
- Document bank: Keep compliance documents current and ready.
- Submit: Manage DSC, EMD/bank guarantees, tender fees, and error-free online submissions well before deadlines
- Engage: Draft pre-bid queries, attend pre-bid and post-bid meetings, track corrigenda, and stay in touch with the client’s point of contact
- Close: Follow up through technical evaluation and financial opening to LoA or work order. Support contract negotiation and PBG,



and hand the project over to operations
- After award: Review work orders and POs, coordinate invoicing, and follow up on payments
- Report: Maintain a tender tracker and MIS dashboards covering pipeline, win/loss, and competitor pricing, and recommend improvements to our bidding strategy

What we’re looking for

- 3+ years of experience in tender and bid management for government, PSU, or DISCOM bids
- Hands-on with GeM and state e-procurement portals, DSC submissions, and EMD/BG/PBG processes
- Able to read a complex RFP and quickly produce a compliance matrix and a costed response
- Good at coordinating across teams and managing several deadlines at once
- Explicit written English, plus working Telugu or Hindi
- Strong with MS Office, especially Excel for costing and MIS
- Engineering graduate preferred (B.Tech or EEE/ECE/Mechanical); other graduates with strong bid experience are welcome

Good to have

- Experience bidding for drones, UAVs, surveillance, or defence tenders
- Bid experience in agri-tech, solar, EV, or other subsidy-linked government programmes
