Responsibilities

- IT Strategy & Digital Transformation: Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives, operational efficiency and organisational growth.

- ERP & Business Applications: Drive implementation, integration and optimisation of enterprise systems such as SAP and other business applications.

- POS & Restaurant Technology: Manage restaurant POS platforms and their integration with ERP, inventory, finance and other operational systems across multiple outlets.

- IT Infrastructure & Operations: Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, system availability, information security, technical support and business continuity.

- System Integration & Implementation: Coordinate technology implementations, system integrations, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment and post-implementation support.

- Process Automation & Improvement:



Identify opportunities to streamline business processes, automate workflows and improve operational efficiency through technology.

- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Manage technology partners, implementation consultants and service providers while collaborating with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain and other business functions.

- Multi-Location Technology Management: Establish standardised, scalable technology solutions to support existing outlets, current outlet openings and business expansion.

- Team Leadership & Governance: Lead IT teams, manage technology budgets, establish IT policies and controls, and ensure timely delivery of technology projects.
