We’re looking for a Quantity Surveying, Billing & Commercial (Road Business) professional(Manager/ Sr. Manager)

What you’ll do

- Prepare and review BOQ quantities, measurements, reconciliation statements and quantity calculations
- Review contractor RA Bills, Final Bills, claims, variations and extra items
- Prepare cross sections in Road Estimator / CalQuan for estimation and reconciliation of highway quantities
- Verify quantities against drawings, specifications, contract provisions and site records
- Review client billing and certification status
- Prepare and review project cost and tender estimates
- Review Change of Scope proposals, quantities and cost implications
- Carry out rate analysis for new and non-BOQ items
- Monitor budgets, project costs, commitments and major commercial exposures
- Review procurement proposals from quantity, cost and commercial perspectives




- Identify cost-saving opportunities and commercial risks
- Prepare cost, billing and commercial review reports for management

What are we looking for?

B.E / B.tech in Civil Engineering, Masters' will be an added advantage.

Experience in Quantity Surveying, Billing, Estimation, Contracts, Cost Control or Commercial Management

Hands-on experience in contractor billing, quantity verification, estimation, rate analysis and

Change of Scope reviews

Good understanding of EPC contracts, drawings, specifications and measurement practices

Hands-on experience with Road Estimator / CalQuan and AutoCAD
