Key Responsibilities
- Onboard B2B resellers, negotiating terms for voucher distribution while providing training on issuance platforms and sales enablement.
- Nurture strategic alliances by co-developing campaigns, tracking performance KPIs, and resolving issues to maximize reseller revenue and platform adoption.
- Collaborate with internal sales, product, and ops teams to customize reseller programs, monitor pipelines, and identify upsell opportunities in corporate gifting.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years in B2B account management or partnerships, ideally with resellers in fintech, SaaS,
or digital rewards like gift vouchers.
