We are looking for an energetic, goal-oriented Manager – Sales & Marketing to lead our business development and market expansion initiatives. In this role, you will drive B2B and retail sales across architectural paints, building chemicals, waterproofing solutions, and project supplies, while managing client relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to expand local and regional market presence.

- Lead B2B business development, identifying opportunities with contractors, interior designers, commercial builders, and project accounts.

- Oversee retail counter sales performance, wholesale distribution, and key client retention.

- Coordinate with the digital and brand marketing teams to ensure lead-generation campaigns align with commercial sales targets.

- Monitor competitor activity, pricing dynamics, and emerging market trends to identify new product and margin opportunities.

- Manage customer credit terms, quotation pipelines,



order fulfillment coordination, and receivables tracking.

- Set performance targets, review weekly sales metrics, and mentor the executive sales staff.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).

- 3 to 4 years of proven experience in sales & marketing (experience in paints, building materials, construction chemicals, hardware, or allied retail/B2B sectors is strongly preferred).

- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

- Robust negotiation, interpersonal communication, and client relationship-building skills.

- Fluency in Malayalam and English (Hindi is a plus for vendor/interstate coordination).

- Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings and project site visits.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
