Job Responsibilities

SAP SuccessFactors Skills

Strong functional knowledge of Employee Central is essential. Working knowledge across multiple modules is expected, preferably including Employee Central, Position Management, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, Time Management, Compensation and Succession.

The candidate need not necessarily be a technical developer but should understand SuccessFactors sufficiently well to challenge consultants, evaluate proposed solutions and independently assess whether a configuration meets the business requirement.
