Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Account Manager to manage the financial and accounting operations of our Akota, Vadodara branch. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing billing and collections, ensuring statutory compliance, and coordinating with the Head Office for financial reporting and other accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including sales accounting, purchase accounting, journal entries, and ledger maintenance.
- Oversee patient billing, corporate billing, and reconciliation of receipts.
- Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with customers and internal teams for timely collections.
- Prepare and review bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and customer account statements.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely closure of monthly accounts.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, MIS, and branch-level financial statements.
- Monitor branch expenses, cash flow, and budget adherence.
- Ensure compliance with applicable GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with the Head Office Finance team, auditors, vendors,



and other stakeholders.
- Supervise and guide the accounts team, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of accounting activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal financial controls.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- M.Com, MBA Finance, will be preferred.
- 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or hospital accounting will be an advantage.
- Working knowledge of accounting software such as Tally, ERP, or similar systems.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
