Key Responsibilities: -

Preparation and filing of monthly and annual GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C).

Ensuring timely deduction, deposit, and return filing of TDS/TCS.

Monthly Reconciliation of GST returns with books of accounts and identification of discrepancies.

Reconciliation of TDS/TCS returns with books of accounts.

Monitoring and verification of Input Tax Credit (ITC) and compliance with GST provisions.

Ensuring proper compliance for transactions under Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM).

Assisting in finalization of Financial Statements.

Preparation and compilation of schedules and data for Tax Audit under the Income Tax Act.

Preparation and submission of information required during GST audits.

Handling GST audits, departmental notices, and assessments.

Handling Income Tax assessments, scrutiny cases, and replies to notices issued by tax authorities.

Maintaining proper documentation and records for tax compliance.

Monitoring statutory compliance deadlines and ensuring timely filing.

Strengthening internal controls related to taxation and compliance processes.





Liaisoning with statutory auditors, tax auditors, and internal auditors for tax-related matters.

Coordinating with tax consultants and advisors for compliance and litigation matters.

Keeping track of changes in GST and Income Tax laws and ensuring implementation.

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year

Education

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
- Direct & Indirect Taxation: 4 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
- Chartered Accountant (Preferred)
