ROLE OVERVIEWThe Alumni Relations Office at Ashoka University is looking for an experienced professional to help shape the next phase of alumni engagement and development.

ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking a strong relationship builder with analytical and problem-solving skills, who can manage stakeholders, work with data, and independently drive initiatives to deliver measurable outcomes.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES– Alumni Relationships: Build and deepen relationships with alumni, chapter leaders and key stakeholders to strengthen engagement and community connections.– Programme Management & Execution: Manage initiatives, coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of outcomes.– Data Management & Insights: Strengthen CRM and data systems, analyse alumni trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations.– Communications & Reporting: Develop compelling narratives, reports and presentations for alumni and university leadership.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Qualifications– 5-7 years of relevant experience in programme management, operations, consulting or related roles.– Managing diverse stakeholders and independently delivering measurable outcomes.– Solid proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyse complex data and develop recommendations.

Who You Are– Excellent relationship-building, influencing, communication and storytelling skills.– High ownership, initiative, adaptability and a collaborative, results-oriented mindset.
