About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive corporate and SME sales of general insurance products in Mumbai. The role involves acquiring new clients, managing corporate accounts, and providing customised insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new SME and corporate clients for general insurance products (fire, marine, liability, group health, etc.).
- Business Development: Generate leads through cold calling, references, industry networking, and digital channels.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to drive renewals and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Requirement Mapping: Understand client business risks and insurance needs to provide optimal coverage solutions in consultation with underwriters.
- Business Target Achievement:
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings,



and regulatory changes impacting insurance sales.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure adherence to IRDA guidelines and company policies in all transactions and client interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Graduate / post-graduate in any discipline (Insurance certification is a plus).
- Years of relevant experience in sales / corporate sales in the insurance industry or financial services.
- Good knowledge of general insurance products.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
