Business Execution

Lead consulting engagements on technology policy and innovation, focusing on digital public infrastructure (DPI) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in India and internationally, including:

- Understanding client challenges, conducting in-depth analysis, formulating practical recommendations, and presenting them to clients and stakeholders
- Supporting clients and stakeholders in implementing technology policy initiatives, such as establishing and managing Innovation Labs, Hackathons, etc.
- Managing day-to-day stakeholder interactions, client relations,



and project oversight Supervise Analysts and Associates as needed for engagement delivery

- Develop high-quality notes, presentations, and reports for consulting engagements
- Attend client and official meetings within India and abroad Represent CRT and MSC at various workshops, conferences, and events in India and internationally.

Business Development

- Create high-quality pitch decks, concept notes, and proposals for potential clients and stakeholders
- Contribute to thought leadership by writing analytical policy briefs, op-eds, reports, and other thematic publications

Plan and lead digital campaigns on MSC’s focus areas

Professional Development

- Take relevant courses and training to deepen expertise in DPI, AI, innovation, sandbox, etc.

- Actively support team-building and capacity-building for Assistant Manager and Associates Give and seek feedback regularly from team members.

Requirements

Academic/ professional qualifications

- Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science / Information Systems/ Electronics and Communication.
- Master’s in business administration, Public Policy. Other relevant professional qualifications in technology policy and innovation

Experience

- 8-12 years of experience working in the area of technology policy, management consulting, and innovation
- Have experience working with a consulting firm or think-tank working at the intersection of technology and public policy or institutions working on digital governance

- A good understanding of digital public infrastructure and artificial intelligence is preferred
