? Role Summary The Chief of Staff (CoS) serves as a strategic partner to the Leader, driving organizational alignment, operational excellence, and execution of high-priority initiatives. The role acts as an extension of leadership—ensuring seamless communication, decision support, project governance, and cross-functional coordination across the organization.

The Chief of Staff plays a critical role in translating strategic vision into actionable execution plans while maintaining oversight on key business priorities.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Strategic Planning & Execution

- Support the Leader in developing and tracking strategic initiatives.
- Drive execution of key projects across departments.
- Monitor business performance against KPIs and strategic objectives.
- Prepare board presentations, business reviews, and executive summaries.

2️⃣ Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination

- Act as a bridge between executive leadership and department heads.
- Ensure alignment of goals across HR, Finance, Operations, Sales, and Marketing.
- Facilitate leadership meetings and prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoMs).
- Track action items and ensure timely closure.

3️⃣ Business Analytics & Reporting

- Develop dashboards and MIS reports for leadership review.
- Analyze financial and operational performance data.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Identify risks and mitigation strategies.

4️⃣ Process Improvement & Governance





- Establish governance frameworks for projects and decision-making.
- Drive operational excellence and process optimization initiatives.
- Support policy development and organizational structuring.

5️⃣ Executive Support

- Support COO in investor relations, board communications, and key stakeholder management.
- Prepare presentations, speeches, and briefing notes.
- Represent the COO in meetings where appropriate.
- Handle confidential and strategic information with discretion.

6️⃣ Special Projects

- Lead transformation initiatives, expansion projects, or restructuring plans.
- Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking.
- Manage high-impact cross-functional assignments.

? Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Strategy, or related field.
- MBA from reputed institution (IIT/IIM/ISB).
- 3–5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, operations, or leadership roles.
- Experience in corporate, startup, OTT, media, or tech setting preferred.
