Candidate will be based at the corporate office and will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) and General Ledger (GL) for overseas subsidiaries.
Candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements as per Ind AS and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Candidate will be responsible for managing inventory accounting, fixed assets accounting and budgetary control processes of overseas subsidiaries.
Candidate will be responsible for reviewing trial balances, scrutinising ledgers and passing necessary closing and adjustment entries.
Candidate will be responsible for coordinating with commercial managers and corporate teams for accounting activities, MIS reporting and monthly/annual financial closures.
Candidate will be responsible for coordinating with external auditors and consultants for timely audits, local taxation and statutory compliances.
Candidate will be responsible for monitoring working capital,
cash flows and financial performance of subsidiary operations.
Candidate will be responsible for strengthening internal controls and supporting accounting system and process automation.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, consulting or public accounting, preferably handling accounting for group companies or overseas subsidiaries.
He should have hands-on experience in Tally ERP 9 and SAP.
He should have valuable knowledge of Ind AS, financial statements and general accounting.
He should have exposure to audits, inventory accounting, taxation and statutory compliances.
He should possess strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
He should have good communication skills, proficiency in written and spoken English, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
