We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager / Maintenance In-Charge with 10-15 years of experience in cold storage and industrial refrigeration. The candidate should have solid expertise in Freon-based refrigeration systems, preventive and breakdown maintenance, and multi-site maintenance operations.
Responsibilities include managing maintenance activities across multiple locations, ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, spare parts inventory management, AMC management, vendor coordination, and supervising technical teams. Candidates should possess sound knowledge of compressors, condensers, evaporators, cooling towers, and refrigeration utilities. Strong troubleshooting, maintenance planning, cost control, and team management skills are essential. Preferred Location: Gujarat.
