6+ years in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). Manage the team and ensure production and quality targets are met as per company requirements. Identify issues proactively and escalate appropriately before they impact clients.

Enhance team capability and productivity while maintaining strong client service standards. Handle client issue-related emails and escalate communications to the Manager only when necessary. Maintain a thorough understanding of the end-to-end medical billing process across all shifts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in AR Calling within the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep expertise in AR follow-up, denial management, insurance guidelines, and billing processes.
- Shift Requirement: Must be completely flexible and willing to work permanently in the Night Shift.
- Job Location: Must be willing to relocate to Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram (On-site/Office-based role).
- Core Skills: Exceptional verbal communication, neutral accent, active listening, presentation, and team mentoring skills.
- Preferred: Prior experience of 6+ years as an AR caller, Quality Analyst, or SME is preferred.
