Key Responsibilities1. Logistics & Freight Accounting

- Verify and audit all inbound and outbound freight, courier, and transportation bills against approved rate cards.
- Track vehicle hiring costs, driver charges, loading/unloading expenses, and local transit logs.
- Reconcile vendor accounts for transport agencies, logistics partners, and freight forwarders.
- Process vendor payments and ensure accurate ledger entries under appropriate cost centers.

2. Management Information System (MIS) & Reporting

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports covering dispatch volumes, logistics expenditure, cost-per-unit freight, and vehicle utilization.
- Track pending shipments, transit delays, and delivery status updates across regional and national routes.
- Maintain consolidated data in Excel/ERP systems to provide actionable logistics cost analyses to management.

3. Billing,



E-Way Bills & Statutory Compliance

- Generate and verify tax invoices, delivery challans, and gate passes for product shipments.
- Manage online E-Way bill generation, extension, and compliance tracking to prevent operational transit holds.
- Support internal and statutory audits by maintaining comprehensive documentation for inventory dispatches and logistics expenses.

4. Operational Coordination

- Liaise with plant warehouse teams, sales operations, and third-party transporters to ensure timely dispatches.
- Coordinate with field/sales representatives on logistics inquiries and delivery confirmations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
