Key Responsibilities

- Handle hospital and healthcare-related licenses, registrations, and renewals.

- Maintain and update all statutory documents and license records.

- Coordinate with government departments and regulatory authorities.

- Ensure timely renewal of licenses and permits.

- Track license expiry dates and maintain renewal schedules.

- Coordinate inspections and ensure the availability of required documents.

- Maintain compliance records as per applicable healthcare regulations.

- Follow up with concerned departments for documentation and approvals.

- Prepare and maintain compliance reports for management.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Any Degree / relevant qualification.

- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in license management, hospital administration, or compliance.

- Freshers with relevant knowledge and valuable coordination skills may also apply.

- Basic knowledge of hospital licenses and statutory requirements is preferred.

- Good communication and documentation skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
