Liaison Officer
Loop by Zolo
Navigate authorities. Close approvals. Keep properties compliant and operational.
Why this role exists
Running hospitality properties requires more than strong on-ground operations.
Each property must work within local regulatory requirements and regularly coordinate with government departments and external authorities for approvals, documentation, notices, inspections, and other statutory requirements.
For Loop's Bangalore portfolio, this requires someone who understands how to navigate these processes on the ground and can take matters from requirement to closure.
This role exists to ensure that:
- Government and authority-related requirements are handled proactively
- Required approvals and documentation are completed on time
- Notices and official communications receive timely action
- Regulatory matters do not remain unresolved or affect property operations
- Internal teams have clear visibility into pending requirements
- Relationships with relevant external authorities are managed professionally
Your mandate is clear
- Liaise with BBMP, Police and other relevant government authorities
- Coordinate approvals, submissions, inspections and follow-ups
- Manage notices and official communications received from authorities
- Maintain required statutory and compliance documentation
- Work with internal teams to collect and complete required information
- Track every regulatory requirement through to closure
- Escalate potential risks before they become operational problems
This is not a documentation-only role. It is an on-ground liaison and execution role where success means getting requirements closed accurately, professionally and on time. About Zolo and Loop by Zolo
