Qualification-LLB from top 10 Law colleges in India, Tier 1 colleges The candidate should possess a LLB degree. Additionally, being a qualified Company Secretary (CS) would be an added advantage.

Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex contracts, including vendor, alliance, partnership, consultancy, and employee agreements.
Expertise in company law, contract law, corporate governance, RBI regulations, investment laws.
Hands on experience in IPR. Knowledge of Data Privacy will be an added advantage.
Experience with regulatory filings, and compliance frameworks.
Risk management and advisory capabilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational skills.
Robust leadership and stakeholder management skills, with proven experience mentoring and managing a legal team effectively.
