The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, an interest in sales and business development, and the ability to identify potential customers and generate quality leads.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate potential customer leads through online platforms, databases, social media, and other sources.
- Connect with prospective learners through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Introduce AENEXZ Tech's training programs and career-oriented courses to potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements, interests, and career goals.
- Qualify leads based on their interest and potential for conversion.
- Maintain and update lead databases using Google Sheets, MS Excel, or CRM tools.
- Follow up with prospective customers to maintain engagement.
- Coordinate with the Business Development and Sales teams to share qualified leads.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Maintain regular reports of lead generation activities and performance.

Compensation During Training: ₹17,000 stipend + up to ₹10,000 incentives.
After Training: PPO
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
