SCCM Patc Management Lead We are seeking an experienced SCCM and Microsoft 365 Engineer with solid expertise in software deployment, patch management, endpoint administration, and enterprise desktop management. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365 administration, software packaging, application deployment, and vulnerability remediation across large enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and manage Microsoft SCCM (MECM) infrastructure.
- Manage end-to-end software distribution and application deployment using SCCM.
- Create, test, and deploy software packages, applications, and updates.
- Plan, implement, and monitor Windows patch management activities.
- Ensure compliance and successful deployment of monthly security patches.
- Troubleshoot software deployment, patching, and client health issues.
- Manage endpoint devices through Microsoft Intune and co-management environments.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services and endpoint policies.
- Monitor SCCM infrastructure, distribution points, and content deployment status.
- Perform vulnerability remediation and security updates based on reports from tools such as Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, or Microsoft Defender.
- Generate compliance, patching, and deployment reports for management.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and desktop support teams.
- Support OS deployment, imaging, and upgrade activities (Windows 10/11).
- Implement application lifecycle management and software asset compliance.
