Key Responsibility Areas

- Perform L3 and L4 level Laptop Repair.
- Take personal responsibility for the in-depth chip-level diagnosis and repair of laptop chips and other IC components, from fault to verified fix.
- Repair and replace defective components, including chipsets, GPUs, MOSFETs, controllers, capacitors,



and other SMD/BGA parts.
- Maintain detailed logs of repair findings, part replacements, CRO readings, and resolution techniques.
- Log and share recurring fault patterns and proven fixes with the team so similar cases are resolved faster.

Required Qualifications

- 12th pass, Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on training in laptop motherboard repair.
- 3-5 years of hands-on laptop repair experience, with proven work at chip level.
- Knowledge of and experience with major laptop and component brands
