Job Summary The Coco Factory is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Key Accounts Manager – Up-to-date Trade to manage and develop relationships with modern retail accounts, including supermarkets, hypermarkets, organised retail chains, and large-format stores.

The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding product distribution, negotiating commercial agreements, managing trade promotions, and ensuring strong product visibility across key retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key modern trade accounts
- Manage existing key accounts and identify opportunities to expand business partnerships.
- Conduct regular meetings with buyers, category managers, procurement teams, and retail decision-makers.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Drive product listings, distribution expansion,



and sales volume growth across assigned accounts.
- Plan and execute in-store promotions, seasonal campaigns, product launches, and special offers.
- Prepare regular sales reports, account performance reports, and sales forecasts.
- Communicate customer feedback and market requirements to relevant internal departments.

Required skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Good analytical skills and a target-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and market visits.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and sales reporting tools
