Role Summary

Looking for a dynamic Key Accounts Manager to handle client coordination, logistics operations, and billing/payment follow-ups. The role acts as a bridge between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and high service levels.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end customer coordination
- Plan and ensure timely vehicle placement
- Share vehicle details and status updates with clients
- Handle bill submission and payment follow-ups
- Prepare RFT/RFQ quotes and maintain MIS reports
- Resolve customer issues promptly
- Coordinate with procurement and operations teams

Requirements

- 2-6 years experience in logistics/transport operations
- Robust communication & multitasking skills
- Good knowledge of billing, MIS, and client handling
- Preferred
- Experience in transportation/logistics industry
- Customer-focused and problem-solving mindset
