Role Description The Key Account Manager – Channel Sales role is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for managing strategic channel partners and key accounts, ensuring consistent sales performance and long-term relationship growth. Daily activities include developing and executing account plans, tracking sales pipelines, coordinating with internal teams to support channel partners, and resolving partner and customer issues promptly.
The Key Account
Manager will analyze market trends and performance data, identify opportunities to increase revenue, and present sales forecasts and performance updates to leadership. The role also involves regular meetings and reviews with channel partners, training them on product offerings and platforms, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
