We are hiring a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer / Junior Architect with robust technical and design skills to work on residential and commercial projects.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop interior design concepts, layouts and space plans.
- Prepare 2D working drawings, elevations and detailed drawings.
- Create 3D models, renders and design presentations.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture and lighting.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors and site teams.
- Conduct site visits and supervise design execution.
- Understand client requirements and project budgets.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp/3Ds Max.
- Knowledge of working drawings, furniture detailing and materials.
- Familiarity with Enscape, V-Ray or Photoshop is an advantage.
- Good communication, creativity and problem-solving skills.
