Job Summary

IndiaFilings is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Accounting Freshers to join our Accounts & Taxation team. Candidates should have basic knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax Returns (ITR), account finalization, and Tally. Freshers who are eager to learn and develop their careers in accounting and taxation are encouraged to apply.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in GST registration, GST return preparation, and filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B).
- Support TDS calculations, payments, and quarterly return filing.
- Assist in preparing and filing Income Tax Returns (ITR).
- Support bookkeeping and daily accounting activities.
- Assist in account finalization, Balance Sheet, and Profit & Loss Account preparation.
- Record accounting transactions using Tally Prime.
- Perform basic bank reconciliation and ledger verification.
- Maintain invoices, vouchers, and financial documents.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and income tax reconciliations.
- Coordinate with clients to collect required accounting and tax documents.




- Learn and support statutory compliance and taxation activities under senior guidance.

Educational Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) / MBA (Finance).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and ITR filing.
- Familiarity with Tally Prime or Tally ERP.
- Knowledge of accounting entries and financial statements.
- Basic MS Excel skills.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

Candidate Requirements

- Freshers with 0–1 year of experience.
- Solid interest in accounting, taxation, and compliance.
- Basic theoretical knowledge of accounting and taxation is sufficient.
- Prior practical experience in GST, TDS, or ITR filing is not mandatory.
- Training will be provided.
