About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Junior Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will work on international e-commerce projects, helping manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPC, CPA, CTR, and ROAS.
- Assist with Google Shopping and Performance Max campaigns.
- Conduct keyword and audience research.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
- Assist with conversion tracking using GA4 and GTM.
- Coordinate with design teams for ad creatives and testing.

Requirements





- 2-3 years of practical experience in digital marketing.
- Good knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Understanding of GA4, GTM, and advertising metrics.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and spoken English skills are essential for qualified client communication.
