We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior HR Executive to support recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR operations, and administrative activities while ensuring a seamless employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
- Coordinate offboarding activities, exit interviews, and separation documentation.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee data accurately.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions.




- Ensure timely preparation and maintenance of HR reports and documentation.

Requirements

- Bachelors Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of HR experience with hands-on exposure to IT recruitment.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and MS Office; experience with HRMS tools is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
