We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Jr. Accountant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and coordinating with clients for accounting-related requirements.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles, practical knowledge of Tally and MS Excel, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting entries, including sales, purchases, expenses, and journal entries.
- Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and account statements.
- Handle bank reconciliation and invoice management.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other accounting-related compliance activities.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients regarding financial records, documentation, and accounting queries.
- Follow up with clients for pending documents and required information.
- Prepare and maintain accounting reports and statements.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Skills & Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com)



or an equivalent qualification.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Candidate: A proactive individual with a positive attitude, good accounting knowledge, and the confidence to handle client communication independently while managing routine accounting operations.
