About the Role

As a Guest Relations Executive at Panchshil Realty, you will play a key role in managing guest experience and supporting event-related client engagements across premium commercial and IT park assets in Pune West. This role combines hospitality excellence, event coordination support, and front-end asset handling to ensure seamless execution of client visits, corporate events and experiential engagements at multiple sites.

What You Will Do

Guest Experience & Hospitality

- Manage end-to-end guest, tenant, and visitor interactions across multiple commercial assets.
- Deliver consistent hospitality standards aligned with premium corporate and IT park environments.
- Coordinate VIP visits, corporate walkthroughs, and hosted experiences.

Event Client Support & Coordination

- Support internal teams in hosting corporate events, brand activations, and business gatherings at sites.
- Assist in identifying, engaging, and coordinating with potential clients for in office events and experiences.
- Act as the single point of contact for event-related client coordination during site visits and executions.

Asset & Site Handling Manage front-end operations including reception, visitor movement, and site presentation.





- Coordinate with facilities, security, housekeeping, and vendors to ensure event readiness and smooth execution.
- Oversee asset presentation, amenities, and experience zones during events.

Coordination & Reporting

- Handle tenant and event-related queries, ensuring timely resolution and follow-ups.
- Maintain visitor logs, event MIS, feedback records, and site-wise experience dashboards.

What You Bring

- Graduate with 48 years of experience in hospitality, guest relations, corporate events, or client experience roles.
- Exposure to event coordination, corporate hospitality, or experiential marketing is preferred.
- Strong client-handling and relationship-building skills focused on service and experience delivery.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and support event activity across Pune West locations.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and on-ground execution capabilities.
- Professional demeanor with a high service-orientation mindset.
