Requirements:

- Relevant experience in quality assurance, internal controls, audit, compliance, operational risk or shared-services operations.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in Quality Monitoring and Audits, CAPA and root cause analysis, Quality Reporting and Analytics, Compliance Monitoring, Audit Support, and Sampling and Test Execution.

- Experience working in HR and/or Finance shared services, GBS, GCC, BPO or a multinational operations environment.
- Experience preparing audit-ready documentation and communicating findings to process owners and quality leadership.
- Preferred certifications include Certified Quality Auditor, ISO 9001 Internal or Lead Auditor, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, CIA, CISA, SOX/Internal Controls or a relevant risk/compliance qualification.
