Looking for an experienced QA Engineer with hands-on experience in IVA, Chatbot, and Conversational AI testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform IVA and chatbot functional testing.
- Test conversational flows, intents, entities, and NLU.
- Conduct API testing and backend integration testing.
- Execute regression and end-to-end testing.
- Identify, report, and track defects.
- Prepare test cases and test reports.
Required Skills:
- IVA / Chatbot Testing

- Regression Testing
- REST API, JSON, and JIRA
Good to Have: Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, IBM Watson Assistant, or automation testing experience.
