Key Responsibilities

- Provide L1/L2 technical support to employees for hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers and other IT peripherals.
- Install, configure and maintain Windows systems and business applications.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN and basic network connectivity issues.
- Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams and other workplace applications.
- Create, update and close IT support tickets within defined timelines.
- Manage user accounts, system access and basic IT asset allocation.
- Perform system setup for current employees and handle IT onboarding/offboarding.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software and network-related issues.
- Follow IT security, backup and system maintenance procedures.
