- Source and shortlist candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring updates.
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities and meet hiring requirements.
