IT Network & Systems Administrator – Stock Broking

Location: Lajpat Nagar, Recent Delhi

Reporting to: Compliance Officer

Timings: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM | Monday to Saturday

Experience: Minimum 3 years in IT Networking & IT Administration (stock-broking / capital markets mandatory)

Role Overview

Looking for an experienced IT professional to independently manage trading systems, backups, network & hardware administration, vendor coordination, and regulatory IT compliance in a stock-broking firm.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily download of exchange files (Cash & F&O;), placement in correct folders, and execution/verification of EoD & BoD processes on the trading platform
- Day-to-day management of CTCL and related exchange user IDs
- Raise and follow up software support requests with the trading platform vendor
- Perform weekly and monthly backups on external drives (application/server, call recordings, designated user systems, RMS trade files)
- Handle day-to-day hardware troubleshooting and resolution
- Manage email ID creation and domain administration (GoDaddy & BigRock)
- Oversee network connectivity and system uptime
- Coordinate with vendors for UPS, Genset,



Landline/EPABX, trading platform, and domain services
- Support and coordinate System Audit, Cyber Audit, VAPT (MCX, NSE & CDSL), and quarterly Cyber Incident Reports
- Ensure timely fulfilment of IAAP Certified Professional requirements and maintain all IT compliance records

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in IT Networking and IT Administration
- Prior experience in a stock-broking firm or capital market intermediary strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of trading platforms (ODIN or similar), CTCL, and exchange processes
- Practical experience in backups, hardware support, domain/email administration, and vendor management
- Familiarity with SEBI/Exchange IT compliance (System Audit, Cyber Audit, VAPT, Cyber Incident Reporting)
- Ability to work independently with strong ownership and follow-up skills
