We are looking for an organized, hands-on Operations Manager who can lead daily operations, support our teams and bring structure to a growing international business. The role calls for someone who solves problems independently, improves processes and ensures timely execution across departments.

Business & Sales Operations

- Oversee pre-sales, sales and post-sales workflows, including lead allocation, demos and follow-ups.
- Coordinate client onboarding, documentation, agreements and implementation handovers.
- Maintain accurate operational trackers, reports and dashboards.
- Work across sales, technical, support and management teams to resolve gaps and delays. HR & Team Management
- Coordinate attendance, leave, employee records and internal policy administration.
- Support recruitment, recent-joiner onboarding, training and performance reviews with HR.
- Lead teams, delegate responsibilities, review productivity and build accountability.
- Address internal operational issues professionally and promptly. Process & Performance
- Create and implement SOPs to improve consistency and operational efficiency.




- Monitor KPIs, deadlines, service quality and task completion.
- Manage client escalations and provide regular operational updates to leadership.
- Build scalable processes to support business growth and new markets. What We Are Looking For
- 4-7 years of experience in operations, sales operations or team leadership.
- Proven ability to manage people and coordinate work across departments.
- Strong English communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Good working knowledge of Excel, CRM systems and reporting tools.
- Experience with HR administration, multitasking and independent execution.

Good to have: IT/SaaS experience, international operations, SOP and KPI development, and familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams or CRM platforms. The right person will take ownership of improving how the whole operation runs.
