Role Description The Investment Banking Intern role at GHC Growth Lab is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi. The intern will support deal execution and advisory projects by assisting with financial modeling, valuation analysis, and investment research on startups across sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing financial and market data, preparing pitch books and investor presentations, and contributing to due diligence activities.

The intern will collaborate with senior team members on transaction documentation, help maintain internal databases and reports,



and participate in client meetings and internal discussions as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret financial statements and evaluate business models.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques for early-stage and growth-stage companies.
- Foundational knowledge of finance and investments, including capital markets and corporate finance concepts.
- Experience or coursework related to due diligence, risk assessment, and company or industry research.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- High level of proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial databases or research tools is an advantage.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information concisely.
- Detail-oriented mindset, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced startup advisory environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in office in Kochi and manage multiple tasks and deadlines responsibly.
