Job Overview
We are looking for confident and result-oriented professionals with prior experience in US outbound calling, international voice processes, or B2B cold calling.
The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential US-based customers, introducing our logistics and freight brokerage services, identifying business requirements, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.
This is a target-driven calling role that requires 200–250 outbound calls per day.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 200–250 outbound calls daily to potential US-based customers using provided lead databases.
- Introduce First Connect Worldwide and explain our freight and logistics services.
- Conduct cold calls to identify businesses looking for transportation and logistics services.
- Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads and transfer interested prospects to the sales team.
- Follow up with potential customers through calls and emails wherever required.
- Maintain accurate call records, lead details, and follow-up information in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 months–1 year of experience in an International Voice Process, US Outbound Calling, B2B Cold Calling or Telesales.
- Prior experience speaking with US-based customers is strongly preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
- Comfortable making 200–250 outbound calls per day.
- Ability to engage prospects, handle objections, and generate interest.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Comfortable working in a US night shift.
