Job Summary

Outpace Consulting is hiring experienced candidates for the International Travel Voice Process in Gurgaon. We are looking for customer-focused professionals with excellent English communication skills and a minimum of 1 year of experience in an International BPO voice process.

The selected candidates will handle international customer queries related to travel services, flight bookings, reservations, itinerary modifications, cancellations, and other travel-related concerns while ensuring a high standard of customer service.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls from international customers regarding travel-related services.
- Assist customers with flight bookings, reservations, and itinerary information.
- Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and customer requests.
- Provide accurate information about travel services and policies.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and meet quality and performance standards.
- Follow company policies,



process guidelines, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International BPO Voice Process is mandatory.
- Graduate or undergraduate candidates are eligible.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in 24×7 rotational shifts.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a professional approach.
