Role & responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist UK patients with their queries and provide appropriate support.
- Resolve customer concerns while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system.
- Ensure compliance with process guidelines and quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience : 1-3 years in Customer Support (Voice Process).
- Minimum 1 year of Mandatory UK Voice process experience.
- Healthcare or UK Patient Support experience preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
Salary & Perks:
- CTC :
INR 5 LPA to INR 7 LPA(Based on exp)
- Shift allowance + Food allowance (Paid separately)
- Company provided pick-up and drop transportation.
Work Details:
- Work Location : Electronic City Phase 1, Bangalore
- Working days : Monday to Friday
- Shift timing : 2:00PM to 11:00PM(UK shift).
- Candidates must reside within 25km of the office location.
